is a Soprano singer and performer, living in Hanover. She studied Elementary Music and Dance Pedagogy at the University Mozarteum Salzburg, focussing on singing, and graduated from her master in Children’s and Youth Choir Directing at the College for Music, Theater and Media Hannover. Furthermore, she studied Singing with Professor Charlotte Lehmann. The most molding experiences were working with Jakob Gruchmann, Helmi Vent and Irina Pauls. Since 2012, she is part of the interdisciplinary ensemble “DasCollectif”.
Johanna’s main artistic focus is on connecting contemporary dance with vocal art performance. Besides, she is frequently doing seminars for developing ones own physical and vocal ways of expression – from lecture performances up to the scale of interdisciplinary choir projects.
MOMENTARILY
I work on a Bach-Performacne Project with the ensemble for contemporary Music
ProLaTio.
Also, I am singing the role of Eva in the Swabian Creation (“Schwäbische
Schöpfung”) of Meingosus Gelle with the Opera Wagon for Old Music at the
Bodensee.
